Voucher application declined?

Post by Admin » Tue 13 Dec, 2016 11:11 am

We just heard from a resident in our postcode area who had his voucher application declined.

We will follow this up with CDS, but before we do: Are you aware of anyone else in this situation?

Many thanks.

It appears that it was not the whole parish area of Dundry that was released by BT.

The resident whose application was declined lives on Broadoak Hill, which is still "claimed by a commercial provider" (according to CDS). Seeing that this is on the other side of the much-discussed Cabinet 48, it might make sense, probably also for part of Highridge Road.

Apologies to everyone living in those areas. Please keep pushing BT Openreach. They have got to deliver now, after denying you other options.
